Stitching Stuff: Week 22 of 2023

It's been a good week on the stitching front.  Mainly due to my back issues.  You spend a lot of time stitching when your sewing room is the only place where you can comfortably sit for any length of time.

  • 15 minute days/week = 7/7 days
  • 15 minute days/June = 10/10 days
  • 15 minute days/2023 = 136/161 days
  • Success rate = 84.47%
Thankfully my back is just about back to normal.  I'm still curtailing certain activities for another week, mostly things that require a lot of lifting or bending.  I'm hoping to start physical therapy soon to avoid a repeat performance.

How did your stitching week go?

Great news about your back, and it's a gentle punishment of having to stay in the sewing room ;)

It is so good to hear that your back is feeling better and you are enjoying time in the sewing room. Have a lovely week, Kate.

It is good that there is a position of chair where you can get some pain relief a little bit.
Good work on getting your stitches in as well!

Hi Kate. It’s good to hear that your back is doing better even with all the travelling time. I’m amazed you managed any stitching time with the travel. 😉

Great success rate. I'm afraid to think what mine will look like if and when I get everything set back up again. Maybe into the negative numbers. lol

Glad the back is on the mend, and there was a silver lining.
