Here's my 2020 list of quilts to finish.
One of my strategies is to play along with America Patchwork and Quilting's Facebook UFO Challenge. There are two other monthly UFO programs I'm participating in; Quilting Gail's 2020 PhD program and Dreamworthy Quilt's UFO Challenge. I'm using the same list for all three. The American Patchwork and Dreamworthy quilts each select a number from the list to work on, I'm not going to follow along with that part. My plan is to start with number one on my list and just go numerically.
So the quilt to be finished for January is Twinkle Stars.

It needs one last set of borders, a back made, prepped for quilting, packaging and sent out for quilting. That should all be doable for this month. So that's my UFO for the month, as well as my One Monthly Goal for January.

you can get Twinkle Stars done for sure - love that quilt
Good luck! Sounds like a doable goal.
I'm going to try and play along with the number, but I failed at that last year, so yeah. Good luck with your goal!
Best of luck on working your way through that list, Kate!!
Wow Twinkle Stars is absolutely beautiful. You got this!!
Thanks so much for joining, Kate! I can't wait to see how your quilter does this one. It is AMAZING! I have been drooling over it for months.
What a beautiful quilt. It will be good to see it quilted.
Great goal - and hope you had some good quilting time yesterday!
I put my list together on Tuesday and am just going to go down the list as well. I can't wait to see your Twinkle quilt get finished!
I did two of those charts last year, and spent quite a bit of time on them. Then, promptly forgot about them and never looked at them again. I think I’ll go straight to Step 2 this time and skip the work. You’re good with your charts and graphs though, so it will probably work for you. I’m looking forward to the end of Twinkle Stars. It’s a beautiful quilt, and you’ve done a good job with your fabric choices and color placement.
I definitely think you can get Twinkle Stars done. Such a pretty quilt; one of my favorites!
Looking at your chart - it looks very doable. I'm cheering you on. I personally couldn't get it all done, but you are probably better than I am. I thumb tack my chart to the wall so that I don't forget it. Hehehe And "Finished" is a GREAT word for the year. I LOVE your Tinkle quilt. It is so pretty.
That is a lot to keep track of!
I love Twinkle Stars... such a great quilt!
I think the key will be to work on the final steps fro Twinkle Stars first and save the clues for the mysteries until Twinkle is done. I'm terrible at sticking to plans and now that I'm retired, I don't even try.

Your goals are so organized. All very pretty quilts and quilt tops. 'Will be back often to see more of your work.
Git 'er done, Kathy! You can do it!
What a great scrappy project! I love that the secondary pattern of the diamonds on the corners is continued into the border.
I love twinkle stars and know you'll be thrilled to have it done. Good luck reducing your UFO numbers!
Great plan of attack! You have a number of quilts that are pretty far along, I think that you will be very successful reducing the WIP list down.
Lovely! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck with your project.
I love your twinkle star.
Very Pretty - I'm with you I want to get my Ufo list down. I have a considerable amount more but bringing it down also. Good luck this year in doing that.
Great goals for 2020! Does participating in all these different challenges help you to keep on track? I would think it could be either overwhelming or encouraging.
