Design Wall Monday - August 1st

It was a nice weekend. Other then a trip to Tulsa for school stuff, we didn't do much this weekend.  Parts of the house are much cleaner due to the time at home.  Thanks to My Guy for pitching in and helping with those chores.  After 4 weekends of being gone, a number of areas needed some definite attention!

The only sewing this week happened on Saturday and Sunday, but progress was made on the the Kate Spate Flurry quilt.

I'm still way behind Shay, Larri and Marg on this quilt along.  The remaining sashing strips and border strips are cut, so the rest of the assembly should go pretty fast if I can find the time to spend in the sewing room.

Check out Judy's Patchwork Times for more WIPs.

Ummmmm you're not behind. That's exactly where I'm at ! You top looks fantastic!

Im happy you finally got a little home time. Nothing like running round for weeks on end to stress you out. A weekend home was just what the doctor ordered.

Very cute. I saw this quilt at the Hershey quilt show saturday and wanted the pattern but they only were selling kits.

You're not behind! I stitched nary a bit this week. Your Flurry is fabulous! I really like your fabric choices.

Hope you're feeling better today. It's nice to have a weekend at home, isn't it? Happy Monday! ☺

It'll go together really fast now! I love the striped fabrics, which make the blocks look exactly like wrapped parcels!
