Summer is definitely here. We had temps in the mid 90's all weekend. Thankfully we were inside most of the weekend. Kiddo had an out of town swim meet this last weekend. Couple the out of town trip with the mid week migraine and you get not much progress on the design wall.
The sashing strips for the Buck-A-Block quilt have been assembled and added to the design wall. Hopefully I'll get the setting blocks done this week and can finally sew all the rows together.
That's it for me this week. This evening I'm going to hop over to Judy's Patchwork Times to check out the other design walls. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress.

I see you're a girl after my own heart Kate . I use post its to keep my quilt all together in the right spots too!
Looking fantastic ...and so many small pieces in those blocks!
Is this a Thangles Buck a Block? I did one a few years ago but the blocks were only 6" and I didn't like the boring setting they suggested. I also got tired of making the same HSTs every month. However, I did design and make a really pretty quilt with them. Yours really looks great.
Great looking Quilt!
It looks like you have the hardest part done, so all downhill now, right?
Those migranes take me down too. No quilting, no work, no dinner. Leave me alone in the dark.
I love it! I really, really like the setting squares! I use safety pins with little 'tags' I made out of masking tape and put numbers on them to keep my blocks and/or rows in order. Can't wait to see it finished!
Very pretty, Kate.
Looking good, Kate! Hope the migraine stays away and your sewing machine gets to hum some on this project!
I really like how that is turning out! Such pretty colors
