My stitching week went pretty smoothly.
15 minute days/week = 7/7 days
15 minute days/May = 9/9 days
15 minute days/2020 = 120/130 days
Success rate = 92.31%
I ended up working late two nights last week, I still managed to get in my 15 minutes of stitching time by working on the butterfly panel.
The bottom wing just needs to be detailed in black then I can move the hoop to the other wing.
There was also some progress in the sewing room, I'll have more on that in tomorrow's post. Linking up with Kathy's Quilts for Slow Stitching Sunday. If you want to share how you did at finding time to stitch you can link up below.

It will be strange going back to the workplace after seven weeks at home. Your butterfly is looking beautiful. Hope you have a great week.
Being a teacher, I will be lucky if I go back to work in September. I am on an extended summer vacation. I am sure that going back to work after being home for so long is going to be strange. I love how the butterfly pops when the detail stitching is added. It is so pretty.
Good luck with the return to work. Will you have to wear a mask there?
Your butterfly embroidery is looking fantastic!
I have no idea how many minutes/hours I have stitched, many more than 15 minutes a day - I guess sometime I need to start keeping track of more than my hand stitching and participate or do you start from the beginning of the year only?
You are doing such a good job on your stitching goal, Kate. I'm pretty sure there are far more than 10 days I have gone without sewing this year! Who's counting? :P
I'm lucky. I am retired, so my life is about the same, with the exception of no guild meetings or lunches with friends.
Good luck with finding time to stitch. It is what keeps me sane.
Great work on your butterfly. Hope you have a good week!
Your butterfly is getting prettier and prettier! Good luck with going back to the office, Kate!
Wishing you a smooth transition back to the office. My company has decided to extend Work From Home into July with no travel. That works for me since I worked from home before and have the best view from my home office above the garage. Your butterfly is really coming together.
My boss wants me to go back to work a 1 or 2 days a week starting next week. It will be good for a change and I have been having a few connection issues, today was a total waste and our IT department is working on it. We had our fortnightly company staff meeting and the CEO said it was our 7th week working from home and I almost couldn't believe it had been that long. The first few weeks when my husband started working from home were a bit of a struggle but we seem to be in the swing of it now, he doesn't want to go back and I don't want to go back everyday either.
Your butterfly is getting closer by the day!
Our 15 min numbers are so close! Way to go with your progress this week!
Hope that your week has gone well so far. I am finding it easier to make time for stitching being at home, but really can’t wait to return to the office.
