The meeting did take me out of the sewing room for the better part of the week. But between a bit of weekend sewing and what I got done before I left, there is a bit of progress to post about.
The row 4 blocks for Kate's Choice were all quilted just before I left for the conference. So just two more rows left to quilt.
Clue 7 for Old Town (Bonnie Hunter) was also finished.
Clue 8 is in progress. It's more flying geese. I'm almost half way done with those. I'm hoping to be able to start assembling blocks in July.
So there's been progress, just nothing as exciting as a finished quilt top or finished quilt. Linking up with Monday Design Wall and Patchwork & Quilts.

A week of "work" is probably quite stimulating and fun, especially knowing it is only temporary. LOL I do miss some of the people, and the constant learning of something new from my work life. But I'm enjoying retirement too. Good job on your progress on each project!!
I think finishing a row of quilting is pretty exciting. I'm glad you enjoyed the meeting!
A little bit of progress is something to celebrate, especially when you had a week like that! I'm always glad to have gone and happy to be home again. Hope this week brings more time in your sewing room!
Yah! Kate's Choice is being quilted. It is still one of my favorites that you worked on last year. I look forward to seeing its progress. Enjoy your time in the quilting room. Hugs.
you went back to work? I think I missed that. enjoy.
Playing with quilting and sewing flying geese look pretty exciting to me! I love Old Town's colors, sweet and elegant. It looks like you enjoyed the meetings and doing technical job! Thank you for sharing your week and pretty blocks, and linking up.
