Stitching Stuff: Week 18 of 2022

Hi. I feel a bit like Rip Van Winkle. Though it's only been half a month rather then 20 years.  In my last post, I foolishly stated that the worst of this inherited project was behind me.  Ha! Not even close. This is the first year that companies have had to do this regulatory audit, so none of us on the audit team had any idea just how much data we were going to have to sort through, interpret and analyze.  I've pretty much lived, breathed, and dreamed nothing but statistics the last couple of weeks. My deadline was last night at midnight. I finished, mostly, at 1 am this morning.

Needless to say my stitching time statistics really suffered this month.

  • 15 minute days/week 17 = 2/7 days
  • 15 minute days/week 18 = 0/7 days
  • 15 minute days/April = 12/30 days
  • 15 minute days/2022 = 94/120 days
  • Success rate = 78.33%
Definitely not one of my better months for stitching time!

My apologies for not getting the linky party up last week. I hope you'll link up today and share how much time you had for stitching the last couple of weeks.

I figured it was probably long hours of work that kept you from posting last week. Sometimes life really gets in the way of quilting! I hope things let up soon and you can get in some stitching time.

You must be exhausted! I always figured I was overwhelmed when I started dreaming about the work tasks. Hope your life calms down so you can enjoy some relaxation.

Welcome back, sorry work is crushing it at the moment. My carefree month is finished and we are heading in to hard stuff from now until October it was nice to have a couple of weeks to breath a little easier. I will need the 15 minute challenge to keep me sane.
