Wow, this week went fast! How is it you can be so busy and yet get nothing done? Thinking about it, that may be the wrong question. Maybe it's more, how/why do others think of so many things that need to be added to my to do list?
Since August's Rainbow Scrap Challenge was all about using up neutrals and neutrals don't fit in my project for this year, I was hoping to do a bit of catching up. There definitely was progress, all the yellow blocks from June were completed.
The blue blocks from July are at least started.
Two of the four large blocks are finished. The quilt plan needs two more of these large blocks, plus 4 small blocks. I'm hoping for a stitching only day tomorrow. We'll see if that works out. There was a lot of going here and there last month, we weren't home much. The yard needs attention and so does parts of the house. I'm hoping to make major progress on the yard today. The house can wait another weekend right?
Praying for those in Florida, this storm looks so bad. Wishing our hostess for the weekly Rainbow Scrap Challenge, Angela, a very safe weekend. Linking up with Oh Scrap on Sunday.

I think these are the coolest blocks. So much movement.
Congrats! on getting some "catch up" work done. Best of luck with your ORANGE scraps this month, too!
Great progress on the catching up. Hope that you get your sewing day soon.
Well, I'm loving the looks of this block. It definitely would not be right for neutrals.
I'm glad you're getting caught up! (I didn't do anything with neutrals last month, either, so I know what you mean.)
Can't wait to see your orange blocks, not to mention seeing the finished layout!
Hooray for a chance to catch up! I'm excited to see how these blocks all go together!
I love the blues!
Did you get a sewing day? I hope so!
Great job taking advantage of a catch up month. Love the blue! Thanks for sharing with Oh Scrap!
These look awesome! I love the different blues you've used.
