This is before surgery. Afterwards she just looked sleepier and grumpier. She won't need crutches after the first couple of days, which was the best case situation. It will still be 6 months before she can go back to playing volleyball, but that's better than the original diagnosis of a year. She's sleeping off the effects of the anesthesia at the moment. I'm sure she'll keep us hopping the rest of the weekend.

She looks sooo sad:( I'm bummed for her to have to miss out on Volleyball...tell her extra hugs are being sent her way!

So glad to hear it went well and that DT seems to have sailed through so beautifully.
Yucky bit done - now you just have to get the recovery bit done. It's all golden from here.
