It's been a good week on the stitching front. My big goal was to get my deadline sewing completed. The center for the 2025 SAHRR is finished. I'm still working on the guild BOM, but should be able to finish that up later today. I've had to be in the sewing room to stay caught up.
- 15 minute days/week = 7/7 days
- 15 minute days/2025 = 17/18 days
- Success rate = 94.44%
Definitely a good week on the stitching front. My weather app says lows in the teens and highs well below freezing till Wednesday. I suspect it won't be a problem to spend lots of time in the sewing room during the upcoming week.
How are you doing at keeping up with your stitching stuff? Are you on track or falling behind?

I forgot to tell you, I like your new logo. It is new, right? I actually quilted yesterday! Can't tell you how good it felt. Once we get the house cleaned today, I'll get back at it.
Yes it is going to be cold this week. Is Grad Girl ready for the snow in her forecast? Our son who lives about 70 miles southeast of College Station has even more inches of snow and ice in his forecast - so weird. We used to live in that area, and they are woefully ill prepared for wintry impacts.
Cold weather is a very good excuse to stay inside and sew ;) Have a great week.
Good job! It's bitter cold here too, and I plan to make good use of it this week again. I'm excited for the first SAHRR prompt.
Getting the deadline sewing done is always a good feeling! Since I finished my big "Pieces of My Life" project, I feel like I can do anything I want, lol! But there will be the SAHRR border to work on tomorrow, so that will give me a purpose. Sounds like a lot of us will be staying in the sewing room in order to keep warm this week.
Hi Kate, I'm glad that you had a good weekend sewing. I just had a look at the SAHRR block one, chose my block and now it's time for fabric. Good luck and have a good week.
