It was a fairly good week for stitching. I've been trying to get caught up on my RSC blocks for March. I finally finished the second purple Vintage Dress.
|
So that's both purple dresses done in time for the end of April and the last orange weekend. I do have the first orange dress cut out.
Now I just have to get it and the other orange dress assembled, so I can move on to the color for May. These dresses are a bit more work than my past RSC projects, so I may not keep up each month, but I am enjoying the process, even if it's not fast.
You can find more bright and happy orange blocks over at Soscrappy.
The purple vintage dresses are just too adorable for words. Hopefully the process gets easier each time. Even if it isn't as quick as other blocks, sometimes it is nice to slow down and enjoy each block.

ReplyDeleteThose dresses make the sweetest blocks ever! You're making me want to try a paper-piecing project. (Though not that complicated! Maybe a star...)
