Design Wall Monday - April 18th

Despite good intentions, my sewing room didn't see much action last week.  Yard work and Kiddo's schedule are a couple of reasons.  So no changes in the design wall to share.  This next week should be better as I have Thursday off and am planning on sewing most of that day.

I did come up with a design for the Castle quilt that is intended for a friend's daughter who was recently found to be suffering from a very aggressive type of brain cancer.

Please pray for this little girl and her family.  Her name is Nora and she's only 4 years old.  The cancer is going to require very aggressive radiation and chemotherapy over the next 6 months.

Check out Patchwork Times for more design walls.

  1. I will certainly keep your little friend in my prayers. Having lost a husband to a brain tumor, I can really relate to what they are going through and it is horrific.
