Stitching Stuff: Week 46 of 2020

November is half gone, Thanksgiving is a little over a week away. This time of year the days seem to pass so much faster.  I find it harder to keep up with my stitching time as the daylight hours get shorter. How about you, do you find it easier or harder to work in some regular stitching time?

I bucked my normal seasonal trend and had a pretty good week on the stitching front.
  • 15 minute days/week = 7/7 days
  • 15 minute days/Nov = 12/14 days
  • 15 minute days/2020 = 286/319 days
  • Success rate = 89.66%
It will be a challenge this next week to work in some stitching time as a major project is due at work and end of year performance reviews need to be completed by Thursday. So there may be a few late nights.  At least I have a week of vacation to look forward to once this week is done.

How about you?  How are you doing at finding time to stitch?

  1. November is flying by - I have found the months this years flying by even faster than usual - like the year is disappearing from us

  2. I hate that time works against me this time of year. But, I tend to be more productive because I am retired. I get to stitch daily. Now, if I STOP taking classes via Zoom, I would get more of other things accomplished. LOL

  4. I should be able to find plenty of stitching time this week. I have only 1 full day for one part time job. The other job is teaching 3 classes online and kids are starting to panic as we reach this point in the semester. So i anticipate lots of assignments submitted this week.

  8. Have a lovely week off. I will probably be back to working from home for a couple of weeks due to an outbreak here so more stitching time for me.

  9. My % is getting closer to 90%, I will dip below if I am not more focused. But right now I would much rather waste time than focus. LOL

  10. It is crazy how quickly the days are flying by now as we get closer to the holidays - seems to happen each year, but I am still surprised about it, especially in this year without a lot of other activities! I too will have a few busy weeks at work - doing performance reviews for the first time in a long time, hoping it isn’t too hard to fit into my regular hours. I’ve had great success with crafting time so far this month, and plan to have more in the week ahead as I am off work and nowhere to go!
