Week 29 of 2020: Stitching Stuff

The week after vacation is usually pretty hectic and this week was definitely that.  At any rate the work week went by pretty fast.  Getting back onto a schedule with my sewing room time was a bit of a struggle. A couple of late work nights didn't help the plans for 15 minutes of stitching each evening.

Thus week 29 turned out not to be a perfect week on the stitching front.

15 minute days/week = 6/7 days
15 minute days/July = 17/18 days
15 minute days/2020 = 176/200 days
Success rate = 88%

So no not perfect, but really not a bad week.  The decision to back off on the expectation of fitting in stitching time every day was the right one for this year.

How was your stitchy week?  Were you able to work in 15 minutes of stitching time every day?

  1. Six out of seven days is really great! I'm amazed at your consistency and motivation.

  2. I killed it, with 2 major sewing days! I had to do something to take my mind off a possible Covid exposure! So far, no signs that I got it, but waiting out the next few days for certainty.

  3. Sometimes I think the stress of going back to work isn't worth the benefit of being on leave. Metro Melbourne is in total lockdown due to Covid and they have blocked our borders again. They have caught a couple of idiots trying to get in, one lot they let in because they said they had a medical appointment across the border, when they didn't arrive at the destination the police went after them, they found them in inner city Adelaide at a pub, its only a matter of time before it is here again.
