Design Wall Monday - November 15th

It was a nice, easy weekend and I got to spend 2 afternoons of it in my sewing room.  So what do I have to show for it?  I got caught up on the "Seeing Stars" BOM sponsored by Country Junk'tion.  Now all that is left is the center block and the borders, which haven't been posted yet.  I have the fabric picked out for the center star, so I'm ready to go once the pattern is posted.

I spent the rest of the weekend prepping two quilts for binding. I did get the binding made, sewn on the front, and started hand sewing the binding to the back for one of the two.

  8. Can't wait to see the rest of this beauty. I hate binding but have a queen size ready to hand sew down. Now to get motivated to do it.

  14. Blue and yellow are so perfect together. Can't wait to see the center. I too did some binding prep work for three quilts I'm expecting shortly from my quilter. One was 380" and another 350" long. The third one is a tree skirt that wasn't exactly easy to figure out the lenght. So I just made a lot! Hope it's enough.
