YES, I too think they don't make them the same anymore. Just think if they make it "disposable" they will have our money more often.Gayle Bonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09079656510298797696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3348317753715681760.post-45666004861566203242015-09-01T17:58:07.789-05:002015-09-01T17:58:07.789-05:00Glad you were able to get a new mat! I have one from pre-2000 that I'm still using and it's hardly scarred up at all. I also have one that's new this year, and every cut has left a visible line in it, plus the fibers catch in the cut lines. I'm waiting to get a new one - hoping to get a new cutting table first and then will get a mat that fits the new table. But now, both sides of my cutting mat are funky! Guess I'll be shopping for a new one pretty soon.Barb Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05744581949539579718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3348317753715681760.post-2960408135807518382015-08-31T09:56:09.859-05:002015-08-31T09:56:09.859-05:00You are a cutting maniac! I replaced mine in the last year or two and ended up with two different mats as I have two cutting stations. I opted for the Fiskar one which saved me money and then got a Martelli one that used up any saved money I had! I like both of them to tell the truth.
