Stitching Stuff: Week 6 of 2023

It feels like this week went really fast.  It's Sunday again, so it's the point in the week to share how much stitching time you were able to sneak in.

I did really well this week at finding time to stitch.

  • 15 minute days/week = 7/7 days
  • 15 minute days/Feb = 11/11 days
  • 15 minute days in 2023 =  38/42 days
  • Success rate = 90.48%
It was a good week. Most days this week, I managed to get in at least a couple of hours of stitching time each day.  I'm still not caught up on my SAHRR project, but there will time this afternoon to play catch up.

I did get in a couple of hours of sewing room clean up last week.  I cut more scraps, but not enough to make a dent in any of my piles.  But every little bit helps.  I may switch gears this week to address at least one of the piles of fabric sitting all over the sewing room.

How did you do this week on finding time to stitch and/or organize?

I am in need of more time for a great organization task. Glad you had a great stitching week. 100% of sucess rate during February is a great sign. Have a nice week, Kate.

Congrats on another great week of quilting time. Cleaning up and trimming scraps always seem to take forever, but even doing a little bit makes a big difference.

Cutting scraps takes a lot of time. Good week for you!

Can't wait to get back to some actual stitching time this coming week. I've been going through withdrawal while being gone the past 2 weeks. Petting my fabric only goes so far you know. LOL

Wow you're doing well this year! Great way to accomplish goals is to spend the time.

Hi Kate, I'm pretty sure that I linked up, but my name isn't showing up. I was really busy and scattered this week but did manage to do some embroidery and then lots of re-doing of my SAHRR on Saturday. I'm glad that I re-did parts of it. Now it's not done just to be done. Have a great week!
