Rainbow Scrap Challenge - Still No Orange

It's Saturday, time to talk scrappy for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge.

RSC16

I'm still working on getting caught up after all the time out of my sewing room in March.  Yesterday helped a lot as My Guy and I were off work and home for a change.  I still haven't gone hunting for orange scraps to make this month's blocks, but I did finish off one of the purple dresses from last month.

 Vintage Dresses by Charise Randell

Too bad I didn't finish this dress last month, it would make a perfect Easter dress don't you think?  I got a good start on the second purple dress and if my weekend stitching plans hold together it should be done by the end of the weekend.  That gives me a week to get a start on this month's orange dresses.  Maybe I'll be all caught up with my rainbow blocks by the end of next month.

Linking up with Soscrappy when Angela is able to get the linky party posted.

Yes, I thought Easter dress, to. These are not easy patterns - so take your time. It is paying off in the beautiful blocks you are making.

Everything I see one of your dresses, I think, "I'd wear that in real life!" This one is just darling, and something tells me the orange ones will be, too!!

This one is darling! Love the fabrics you used!

That one is an adorable little dress. Somebody needs to actually make people-sized clothing using your quilt as a model.

That really is an Easter dress. Lovely choice of fabrics. I'm still behind on RSC16 also. Let's relax and have fun with it.

I'm still liking these dresses. I have only made one and put it on a coat hanger.

What a very pretty dress -- no matter which color month you're working in!

The wait is certainly worth it to see your fashion show materialize each month. Beautiful.

So cute, so fiddly, so much work! But they'll be quite the fashion show in a quilt together in the end.
